Hello everyone, until now I should have been sailing long ago, but I could not look at the catamaran shortcomings since the transport company broke the mast during the transfer. Fortunately I was able to find the mast thanks to Joe (Joyrider Tv). My cat doesn't have jib traveler pulley, this sheave is very difficult to find in Turkey, does anyone know the dimensions of the sheave? If I can find the measurements, I can draw and print on the 3D printer. Another question is how can I assemble this sheave, normally it is attached with rivets but I dont want to assemble with rivet.

Don't know about the sheave, but in the US the stock rivet is aluminum, very long (1 1/2 inch, maybe?), and 3/16 inch in diameter. Very easy to remove/install.....not sure why you wouldn't want to use one.

Actually I don't have a rivet machine so I don't want to use the rivet.
