New (super excited) owner. I'm handy but have never done fiberglass repair. Damaged fiberglass around where the rudder pin goes through the deck. Here's a link to a photo https://app.photobucket.com/u/Human_fli ... 07011ee3ef The gudgeons appear to be very secure. Any suggestions on how to repair? I was going to spread it apart a bit, and clean it up with sandpaper. Then I was going to fill it with epoxy, clamp it real good and call it a day. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance! |

Unless it bothers you (visually) SAIL IT !!! No structural issues there |

Thank you for the info and the quick response. I was afraid water would seep in and cause problems further in. |
