Homebuilt adjustable shaft for H14/16
Materials:
ATV bike tyres with plastic hub
Cradles from existing rig.
Aluminium scaffold pole
Delrin /Acetal rod for shaft and bushes.
25mm OD / 3mm internal wall for cradle shaft
4 bolts for cradles
2 bolts for cradle width adjustment
Shaft collars and bushes turned from 40mm Delrin / Acetal rod.
Lots of swarf
Just need carpet / foam applied to cradles. Was thinking of using cheap yoga matt material.
