Hi, Im looking into Dotan rudders for my H16, being class legal is no issue as I dont do any class racing. Does anyone know how much does the dotan 20 rudder system costs? thanks! |

Are the 20's the smallest ones? If so, was just under $1K, not including shipping. |

Actualy 14's are the smallest ones. Is the 1K for only one assembly or for both? How much is a new set (two) of H16 factory rudders (blades castings tillers and gudgeons)? thanks! |

Hobie doesn't sell it as a "kit". Probably looking at around $1200 for castings, tiller X-bar, tiller arms, and EPOs. Maybe even a bit more. The blades are about $520 I think for the carbon/kevlar. |

Lost your entire assembly? Cost of the entire Hobie assembly? Rudders $120 each (Nylon) / $250.00 each EPO2 Tiller x bar $125.00 Lower castings $140.60 each Upper castings $141.75 each Tiller arms $28.65 each Total of above parts (Nylon Blades) $987.00 plus misc other fasteners and end caps. |

and 20 style connectors, or is that the standard now? My new boat came with them, but what about as parts? I feel lucky, a dealer was parting out a brand new H16 and I got a complete tiller assembly for $800 w/ Kevlar EPO's. The stuff from my 06' 16 w/ glass EPO's went onto my 14. Made my 14 so much nicer to sail. |
