Sailing wizard Igor Stropnik has been posting several week-long Hobie 16 cruising holidays on youtube. Contains wise advice even for those not using it for camping. His whole channel is worthwhile, both on other Hobie models or bigger yachts crossing oceans. For example I recall his unusual config of foresails to almost defy physics when running downwind transatlantic. Anyway vlog x 2: |
