| Post subject: | Hobie 16 storage bins |
Our new to us 1986 Hobie 16 came with a lot of accessories. One item was a storage "bin" that attaches to the front of front crossbar and is strapped around the front pylons. It has a removable cover with some deep storage and two cup holders. It had a matching bin on the left side (they are side specific) but we were told it was destroyed in a storm. The same storm that put a hole in the top of the pontoon. The previous owner did a good job of repairing the hole by the way. But the left bin was so damaged that he threw it out. So we inherited the remaining right side storage bin. Now we can use just one storage bin, but it would look a lot better if we could replace the left bin and have a matched set. Does anyone know of anything like this for sale? |
