Post subject:  Buying New Hobie 16
Today I Tryed To See What Kind Of Equipment Was On A Brand New Hobie 16, But The Authorized Dealer In My Area Could Not Tell Me Anymore Than What Was In The Brochure. I Want To Know If It Comes With EPO Rudders, Mesh Tramp And If Not Can I Upgrade And Defer The Price? Is Trap System Adjustable? Can I Pick And Choose My Sails Or What. If Someone Has Recently Puchased One Can The Maybe Give Me A Clue.

H16's come stock with mesh tramp, trapeze are adjustable using the rope lock, not something you would want to do on the fly
The 2008 dealer sheet says white racer blades, i do believe they are the white epo's, however I am not 100% sure on this.

it would be up to the dealer to give you any trade allowance on anything you upgraded, i believe most dealers would.

you can pick your sail colors from the 2008 sail chart, white sails are available also.

let me know if you have any questions, I can check to see if the EPO's are on the boats or not, I'm having a total brain fart at the moment

My local dealer is ordering them with kevlar and carbon EPO's.
