Hi, I have a set of 1987 (I think) sails on my H16. Sort of rainbow colored panels. Anyways I want and need new sails. I have been told that the new sails are cut diferrently than the old sails. Both jib and main have slightly different cuts and more roach. My concern is: Will the battens I have, cut to the leghts to fit my sails fit properly on brand new sails? Are they going to fall short in the batten pockets? thanks! |

They should be okay, I've never run into a problem. |

Jib is different - shorter in the foot and longer on the luff. (Change mde in 2000) Main is the same. |

Any difference in jib battens with this longer luff? |
