Post subject:  twist and stow shock cord question

The shock cord that retracts the "up" cord to my twist and stow has detached itself from its anchor point inside my outback. Any suggestions on how i can reattach? The anchor point appears to be inaccessible. It is still attached to the "up"line.

No rear hatch access? They would have needed to reach in to attach it, to begin with.

I think I answered you on Facebook about this. I just had the same problem on my Revolution. I didn't want to untie the t handle so I detached the front pulley to give slack to the line. I then pulled the shock cord to where I could reach it through the rear hatch. I used 2 quick ties to reattach to the original point. Reattached the pulley, it is now under pressure but once you get the first bolt started the rest is easy.

I used quick ties instead of the hog rings because it is just easier to do it with two hands.
