The shock cord that retracts the "up" cord to my twist and stow has detached itself from its anchor point inside my outback. Any suggestions on how i can reattach? The anchor point appears to be inaccessible. It is still attached to the "up"line. |

No rear hatch access? They would have needed to reach in to attach it, to begin with. |

I think I answered you on Facebook about this. I just had the same problem on my Revolution. I didn't want to untie the t handle so I detached the front pulley to give slack to the line. I then pulled the shock cord to where I could reach it through the rear hatch. I used 2 quick ties to reattach to the original point. Reattached the pulley, it is now under pressure but once you get the first bolt started the rest is easy. I used quick ties instead of the hog rings because it is just easier to do it with two hands. |
