Please advise, thank you. Noticed some space between the threaded-in scupper inserts and the hull, not sure if normal or not as this is my first exposure to a hobie kayak. Thanks for reading. https://imgur.com/a/icKtFU9 |

That's not a problem. The tube is a reinforcement to prevent damage to the molded scupper tube. |
