I have a 2022 hobie outback with a seat support crack. I brought it to a local dealer. They submitted a claim and Hobie said they would warranty it but it’s been over 2 months now and still no replacement and dealer doesn’t seem to be getting much info from Hobie. Is this usually the case? They say they will warranty and stall and don’t? What can I do to get the warranty to happen? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, -John |

Hi John, Your Mirage Outback is expected to be included in the spring orders scheduled for shipment to Florida dealers in January. To minimize the risk of freight damage, we exclusively transport boats in full truckloads, which may account for the delay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. |

BUMMER. I thought the area was bolstered in the 22 models to prevent this from happening!! I worry about my 22, and have since really made an effort to sit back down..gently. not always the case in turbulent waters. |
