Greetings! I am a 5'2" woman. I just got a Hobie Passport 10.5 and even with the pedals on the shortest setting, they're still an inch or two too far for me. I have to use my toes to pedal. I don't want to put a pillow at my back or blocks on the pedals. I think that would throw my back out. I want to secure the seat a few inches closer to the pedals. Any ideas? Thanks!

The pad is the only easy answer. I have no experience moving the seat.
