New Hobie Passport 12 owner here. I’m wondering if anyone has added foot braces to make paddling easier. Any recommendations? |

My first attempt at a DIY solution that doesn’t involve drilling holes. Made from 1/2” schedule 40 PVC, some plywood and an old pair of flip-flops. I tried it out for the first time yesterday and think it made paddling much more efficient. Only change I plan to make on the next one is to raise the pads slightly to make it a more natural foot position. https://imgur.com/Yautcwf |

Very nice design! Just bought my Passport R 12 this week. I'll be working on a similar footrest setup soon. |
