Just learned that we have a new rudder available for my passport 12. Looks like it is sold out everywhere. Any idea when the next batch will be shipped to stores? |

Thats a lot of rudders that are desperately needed. Maybe Hobie should select a new vendor. How about the US, France, or Malaysia over your China connection. Thanks for the info Matt. |

Got my large rudder late october. . sailing the passport now is much better. |

Good for you. It does make a difference. Next is the Ama sidekicks for the stability and to keep you dry. |

Anyone get an XL rudder kit since the last update here? That would be late-2022. Not sure if I should wait or invest a ton of time/energy into some DIY hack job. |

I got this rudder two years ago at local hobie dealer in San Diego. There should be plenty out there by now. Get it... it a great improvement in all aspects of sailing! Don't forget the Alma Kit to stay afloat. |
