| Post subject: | Cold weather storage |
Day 2 with the Hobies for my sister and I, and having a blast. We live in the Yukon Territory, which is way in the back of beyond, north of the 60th parallel, for those who don't know. I'm thinking about the storage issue for our boats, which will happen sooner than I'd like. Winter here is often 30, 40, 50, 60, and even 70C below zero. I'm planning on storing them in an unheated shed- I'm thinking that as long as they're completely dry, the cold shouldn't affect them. Am I right? |
