How would you carry a Lynx on a Class A RV? Too high to put it on the roof, even if it is light. Seems like the ladder is the best place. Any advice on attaching it to the ladder? Or another option I'm not thinking about?

Are you talking about putting that enormous length vertical? In my aspired version of an RV they offer a kayak roof rack reachable by ladder, but I would never use it. Seems awkward to reach, blockage of rooftop utilities, low bridge hazard, thief magnet, and a drag on air resistance. I suggest the inflatable counterpart to Lynx in the form of Hobie iTrek and you may have storage space left over for a Hobie iEclipse inflatable pedalboard or something else.

There are specific kayak racks that fit on rear hitches which allow a kayak to stand upright on the rack at the back of the rv

Lynx is 11' and you would need, what, about 9" further ground clearance... Vert rack mfrs suggest special gps routers to avoid:

Maybe best to make up a diagonal rack.

If I were living the RV life I think I would look very seriously at an inflatable.
