Does anyone know the proper screw size to use to mount a power pole bracket to the inserts in the board?

Are all the screw sizes on the Lynx the same as the power pole mount screws size?

Installed Power Pole Micro using the 3/4” screw. It pulled out first time I tried to use. What is maximum length that can be used? Can I supplement with locktite lot silicone?
