Does anyone have firsthand experience with the hobie h-bar vs. yakattack standcommand? How sturdy are they? Will they withstand a 225 pound man pulling himself up with one? Can he lean on it fishing? Is either better or worse than the other? I've had my Lyn since they came out and STILL haven't been able to buy the H-Bar so I'm probably going to go with the yakattack standcommand one. What a shame a business sucks so bad !!!!!!! |

UPDATE. Good thing because NO ONE on here has offered any input....... I bought the YAKATTACK Commandstand and it's a NO GO !!! It clearly states in the directions that it is NOT to be used to assist in standing. SO it gets returned tomorrow. Waste of time. |

I have one on my Lynx. Seems very sturdy, I’m 180lb and 71 years old. I got it to help me get in and off my boat, as I have to launch from a pier. It was needed after I broke my leg. That’s another story. |
