I’m am looking at selling my Nucanoe Pursuit and getting a Lynx. I’ve had a Tandem Island in the past and have a 2011 Revo that is still going strong. I’ve heard with the Hobie buyout that they don’t plan on manufacturing the Lynx again until MY 2027. I have located a shop that has a few (2023 MY I believe) and am tempted to pull the trigger and get one. I am concerned at a complete lack of availability on Lynx accessories, however. There seems to be zero availability for the H rail kit or the deck pad kit. I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to get this boat if there won’t be any accessories available for it. |

I would not purchase a new Hobie Kayak until I was sure accessory, replacement, and warranty parts are available. Has been sketchy since COVID. The new owners (Bass Pro Shops / White River Marine Group) have not really communicated much since the September purchase announcement. I am hopeful that better times are ahead. |
