Ho guys I have a hobie 17 and I received another hobie 17 as a gift, with some damage, to be used for spare parts. according to you it is better the mast with the comptip or the one piece mast, with no comptip? Thank you |

The 17 has always had a CompTip. Yes it is safer and is in the design for sail performance as well. If you have a mast without one... it is not from a Hobie 17. |

Thank you. The base, the rotation arm, the hook, the design of the estrusion is the same. It is possibile is a european (french) mast? I live in Sardinia, my first Hobie ad the serial number in the hull, the new hobie that i received ad non number in the hulls., ii is possibile that is a european boat? |
