Hi. I have an FX One since a few years and the lines from the self tacker and the jib are a complex web of pulleys and messy lines. Could someone send me some picture or diagrams of how they should be setup? I also have a furler, but the lines between the jib sheets and the self tacker are never long enough to furl and they need to be short enough to sheet in. Much appreciated ![]() |

The self tacking took me a while to get a hang of as wel. I'm guessing you've gotten a hang of it now as well - or you've sold the boat =) But for anyone else page 19 in the assembly line gives a pretty good idea of how everything comes together: http://www.borresen.com/userfiles/file/ ... /fxone.pdf The confusing part (to me) is that you have to detach the dyneema line from the block on the self tacking track to be able to furl the jib the whole way. I have a soft shackle there, but I still find it fiddle to detach and attach it when furling or unfurling the jib. It doesn't look exactly like this, but almost: /Arvid |
