Has anyone got the length of the mast rotation limiter bar above the base of the mast, and the length of the bar itself? Thanks.

I don’t know the exact measurement off hand, but it just needs to be mounted about 2-3” below the black band on the maat, which indicates the maximum amount of downhaul. Since the gooseneck on the 14 slides up and down, if the rotation arm is mounted too high, it will interfere with the boom. Take a look at page 16 of this article of the Hotline.
