Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me here. My small sail at Hobie 14 is torn. And i need to know the size of it. Can anyone write me the exact size for this sale(the small sale) please? Thank you very much. -Sagi- |

The small sail on a H14 is known as the jib; if you had/have one, it most likely roller furls (if it doesn't it is a weird mod-think their are only a few boats with this homemade solution), and is called a jib. This would make your boat a Hobie 14 Turbo. Th jib is 50 feet squared-I don't know the exact dimensions other than that (if you were trying to have a sail made, you will need to ask someone to check the dimensions for you-otherwise, buy one from a Hobie dealer or Murrays.com (who carries the stock sails)-they are about $300). Also, if your jib doesn't roller furl and you have a reefing point in your main, along with jib traveler tracks and cars, you more than likely have a Hobie 16. Sam |
