My 1980 H-14 has a bent mast on Lake Michigan in NW Indiana. I could get a used mast for $100, I would need new shrouds ($50), but the front of the pontoons on the starboard are delaminating, though. I could use it in place of the H-16's I have on blustery days, or I could part it out.
What would you do?

I would first attempt to repair the delaminating being it's inexpensive and you can do it yourself.
Try the fix at: http://www.hobiecat.com/support/tech/delam.html
If the repair is solid, I would spend the money on the mast and shrouds and keep it sailing.
