I am making my 14 a turbo and I wanted to know if you can tell me how putting in the jib blocks work.

Well, here's the factory instruction manual for a 14t - good place to start.

If the link doesn't work, google Hobie Support, click on product support, scroll down to the 14 section and choose the turbo manual.
