Post subject:  Main sail block size

I'm in the process or ordering and retrieving around my sailor friends the parts for my H14 as I have some missing things.
I need two blocks for the main sail and it seems a 6:1 would be the perfect setup : I've been proposed a Harken triple block similar to this one (http://www.mauriprosailing.com/Merchant ... _Code=40MM ) but is 40mm enough ? (another friend told me he have somewhere a similar triple lewmar 50mm )
Could it be ok or not ? 40 or 50mm or superior size recommanded ?

Thanks for your advices,

Nicolas

The Hobie 16 (stock - new) uses the Harken 40 mm triple as the upper and the 194 low-profile triple ratchet on the bottom.

Stock mainsheet is 5/16" diameter.

Thanks a lot for this reply, very usefull as nobody around me have the lower triple, I'll order a Harken 194 which seems to be the perfect choice.
