I can't figure this thing out. I have looked all over the Internet trying to figure out how this stupid thing works. For some reason its uncoiled. Is there a trick to getting it back to where I can just pull the cord and it rolls up? Right now, its not working and there's nothing I've done that fixes it. What's the trick?? Melissa |

This happens to me sometimes, what I do is make sure there is no line in the drum i.e. its all uncoiled. Then I cleat the line. I then wrap the jib up tightly around its stay, until it had all been furled. This should mean that when you unfurl it like normal it will wind the line up as normal. |
