There is a public boat ramp around the back side of the mouth of the inlet as well as the beach launching.The channels are wide and deep with no shell fish bottoms.Ponce inlet has an inside wave formations along the shorelines and also in the center of the inlet.That makes it a real blast on a Hobie.
Put in and give it a try and I promiss you will not be sorry.
1/2 hour after high tide shift the mouth of the inlet becomes very trecherous so use caution when entering or leaving.
