Post subject:  NC - Wilmington area hobie cat fanatics!
Hey guys!

I am a super novice who just scored a pretty nice condition 14” hobie cat + trailer for a steal!
I live near WB but still in Wilmington. I am in search for easy access spots to put the hobie in sound side or ocean. Have also heard great stuff about Lake Waccamaw.
I am also searching for an extra pair of hands and anyone with a happy attitude to come out and take this bad boy sailing with me! 24 y/o hobie novice soon to be hobie fiend! :twisted:

Or search for regattas near you where might meet fellow catsailors. There aren't as many of us as there used to be, but catsailors are generally a friendly bunch and excited to help. Keep looking.....it'll be worth it to get some experienced assistance.
