I have a 2016 Hobie PA 14 that the decking around hatch seems to be sinking and foot pads seem high in spots. I have tried going to dealer and go through warranty and they declined me and stated that its normal. I store boat inside and its never left outside and it's cleaned after every use. When the boat is stored its on yoga mats and flat on the ground and nothing is every stacked or placed on boat. I don't stand and fish always sitting and the foam block are where they are supposed to be. I use the yakpower battery box and it used to fit in the square hatch and once inside it would move around but now i have to force it in there and it does not slide around due to the deck being right on top of it. This is driving me nuts seeing I paid so much for this boat. Any ideas what i can do to fix the deck? I heard heat gun or leave in sun or boiling water. Thank you in advance |

Likely the scuppers pushing up through the hull. Storage on flat ground or using pvc runners along the scupper channel maybe? |
