Hi,

I have just bought a Holder 12.

No upper mast section or sail. Yeah, I know, but it was real cheap.

Is anybody able to send me the upper mast section dimensions so I can build a new section out of fg.

I need an idea of how it connects to the lower section. Does it just slip over/in?

Is the whole thing tapered or straight? Need an idea to build a new sail.

Thanks in advance.
:)

Slips inside the lower. A piece of Windurfer mast would work.

That's great thanks. That was so quick.

Yes I think an old windsurfer mast and a saw will be quickest and least hassle.

Good job, Thanks

Actually. now I have read the diagram and looked at what I actually have. It seems I have the upper section, but am missing the lower section.

Is there a spec for the lower mast section?

Any details would help.

Thx Ian

Actually, is the upper section the same as the upper section, but without the Cap in the end?

Can I just remove the end cap, move the upper section to the lower and insert a cut-off windsurfer mast as the upper section?

Thx Ian

The lower was aluminum. Maybe best to use a whole windsurf mast.
