2016 pro angler, skeg will not go down when cord is released. I can manually pull it down and pull it back up by the cord just won’t go down. Then I noticed a bungee cord coming from the back left tie down cleat (underneath) just hanging down. Does the go to something specific? I thought it was weird to have a bungee just coming off a cleat. Any help would be appreciated? |
