I have a hobie 14 tang, that I want to mount in case I decide to add a spinnaker to the getaway. According to Hobie the tang should be 30.51 inches above the current tang, here is the pdf http://static.hobiecat.com/2010_archive/support/pdfs/20999020.pdf , it's in mm (775). Is that Ok for the mast? and is the forestay and shroud connections in the same place as the H16 in case I want to modify a H16 spinnaker kit. I do realize the getaway mast is 18 inches shorter. |
