Hey guys, long time no hear from Tasmania's only getaway sailor.
I have a problem with corrosion around the stainless fittings on each of the beams,it has occured slowly but seems to have suddenly taken off. What is Hobie's advice in fixing the problem, and can i get some anodised paint to finish once ive repaired them? Also, how much is it for replacement beams in Aus?My Getaway is now nearly 10 years old." 2003" model, with 2005 hulls.
Tasmania's only getaway sailor. :?: What size rivets are used on the beams too?

Contact Hobie Cat Australasia for pricing on the replacement beams:

Corrosion can be slowed by cleaning regularly and using a anti corrosion coating. I hear good things about Lanocote.
