I don't think this has been covered recently (found a thread that was about a decade old)... I'm looking at a 2003(ish) boat that has (apparently) only been sailed 2 or 3 times and stored in a garage. So, first question is - what do these sell for? This one has a trailer, wings, and a mast bob - I think that's about it for accessories. Second question - any known issues with these that I should look out for? Thanks. |

I don't know about new pricing, you'd have to call a dealer. There may have been an issue with the transom on the early boats. You might want to do a little research on that issue. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=14565&hilit=transom Otherwise, there is really nothing about these boats that would deteriorate over time if it was stored indoors. The polyethylene hull will not degrade and neither will the sail, tramp, mast, etc. The only exception would be if the hull sat on rollers for a long time, the bottom may start to deform somewhat. But that would be easy to check. sm |
