Has anyone tried to patch a tear in a hobie trampoline? We have about a 6" rip near the starboard jib cleat. I'm thinking some form of patch good carry the trampoline through a few more seasons.

A sail loft or upholstery shop could add a backing material and stitch it up.

Had my tramp torn where the footstraps are located in the middle, took it to a sailmaker and had a perfect repair done, no problem at all! Good considering its the first repair in 14 years.

Hey guys, check out my link if interested we our a Hobie cat rental company down in Miami, we make our own sails and tramps.
Because we use them for rental, we make our trampolines from a much stronger material which last a lot longer then originals.
