The accessory catalog indicates that these will fit a 5" inspection port "with lip". Will these fit the inspection ports that came from the factory on my 2013 Getaway? Or do I need to replace the ports with something else first? |

The hatch in the bottom of the Cooler? Should be the Viking version with lip. |

Yes, the ones in the bottom of the coolers. I guess they are most commonly referred to as "deck plates". So those two Hobie part numbers should be a drop-in fit, with no modification? Thanks Ken |

Thanks! I ordered a 5411 "Fat Bag" from a dealer on Amazon. I plan to install a carabiner style hook to the underside of the other deck plate that I can drop dry bags inside the hull and tether them to the hook for later retrieval. I'll post pictures when I do. |

The "Fat bag" fit in the deck plate without a problem, but it does make it harder to unscrew the deck plate. I will experiment with putting some dry silicone lubricant on the threads. |
