Aloha, Just purchased a 2001 Hobie Getaway. The original starboard Tramp Track was missing (old style). I will be replacing with the new style tramp track. The screw holes don't align, so may have to make new ones. Can the track screws be screwed into the hull without a backing plate? What is the spec for the tramp track screws? Has anyone done this before? I didn't find much info in the forums about this. Thanks! |
