I'm trying to order a reasonably cheap lift for my Hobie Getaway. When the ice is off our lake, I'd like to get it off our lake front and into the water for the sake of convenience and to improve our view. Canada Docks has some lifts for PWCs that may do the trick. I plan on resting the hobie cross beams on the lifts bunks. I want to make sure the bunks are long enough. I don't have access to my Getaway right now as it's at my cabin many hours away. Does anyone know off hand the distance between each of the three cross beams (stern to blow direction)?

I just asked my kids to measure the distance from the front to the middle cross bar. It’s 69” from the front of the front crossbar to the middle of the mast stepper ball. Sorry I can’t get the back measurement since they left the cottage earlier this morning.

There is a thread on lifts for the getaway here and my hobie dock has some pictures on it. It’s pretty basic, but it works great.

Here is the link to that thread… https://www.hobie.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=35775

I have had my Getaway on a lift for 5 years and no regret. I got mine second had for $1000. I suggest a cantilever lift such as the one in the picture. Not sure where you are located but this is one for sale. This one is located in western Québec.
