I have a Getaway on a lake in Minnesota. I drag it about 30 feet across sand and then grass to store it every weekend during the summer. Will this damage the hulls over time? They seem pretty bombproof and I have not noticed damage yet. --Doug |

Sand and grass won't hurt it at all. Rocks may scratch a little but you would still be ok. The worst thing would be the sun. Try to keep the hulls and the tramp covered or at least in the shade. |

Still... dragging is a pain. Maybe get some cat wheels for it? |

I wouldn't consider dragging a Wave let alone a Getaway. Get some wheels and simplify everything. |
