Any tips for docking a getaway in a berth? I'm hating using the trailer & setting up and tearing down when I could just jump in & go. |

Don't do it. It has been brought up a number of times and the advice is always constant. The loose rigging on a cat will not survive the constant wave motion and the bottom of the hulls will get ugly. I am sure Matt will elaborate. |

Check and see if you'd be allowed to use one of the slide on slide off floating docks tethered inside your other dock. You could tension the rigging after sailing, but you'd still have to remove the sails. Have you thought about mast up storage? Dan |
