I have a 2005 Getaway and mine is doing the exact same thing in the exact same spot. The tramp is also starting to separate on the other side where the straps attach.

Is there any way to fix this?

You wouldnt think the rip is in a bad spot but I always step there while raising the main...making it larger everytime we sail despite trying to remember to not go near the area.

Bummer! Atleast yours is from wear and tear. Just this past weekend I was the victim of juveniles gone bad........5 cuts from a pocket knife. I would be interested in a good repair system if anyone has one.
