| Post subject: | Heave to a Wave |
I am having challenges in keeping the wave stopped during moderate winds for more than a few seconds at a time. I point into the wind, loosen the sheet and she always winds up falling off irons into a reach. Any pointers? |

You have to hold the rudders over a bit. Possibly add some mast rake aft. Mast forward will tend to cause a boat to bear off. Mast back causes the boat to head up more. |
