Post subject:  Questions: replace bridle wires and batten tie-in line

I have a couple of questions for which I thank any responders in advance.
1. Where can I buy batten tie-in line for my Hobie wave?
I have looked everywhere and no-one seems to stock it.
2. The bridles attach to the forward end of the hulls with a metal fitting that is screwed down.
I want to replace the bridles.
Would I be correct that the screws can simply be unscrewed to remove the metal fitting?
I don't want to hear a small sound of a nut inside the hull dropping off when I unscrew.
Thanks

Yes, you unscrew the padeye to remove the Bridle wire.

If you have corrosion issues... You could cut them off and use a shackle If you can't remove the screws.

Batten tie line is carried by many dealers. It is RH112WHT 18" PER TIE.

This is 1/12" line.
