When I came back from sailing the other day, I noticed the slightest bow in my mast. It is a foot or so down from where the comptip goes in. I was sailing in high winds and had one pretty rough pitchpole so that must have done it. Can I fix this? If you look straight down the mast, you can see the small bend. There is no crease in the mast where the bend is. I've heard of people straightening masts before, just wondering if any of you have and if you have any tips. Thanks |
