Hi, I took delivery of my new Hobie Wave in Tokyo yesterday. The boat came with a video tape titled Wave Rigging. Does anyone know where I can download a DVD version? The guy who sold the wave to me helped me rig it and I had a great day blasting about in 7m/s winds with a hull intermittently in the air. rgds KenM |

KenM wrote: Hi, Your video came on VHS? That is strange. When I took delivery of my Wave, the video was missing from the lit packet, so I called my dealer, they sent me the DVD. If you have an SE, there is not much in the video that will help. More geared toward club. You are really not missing too much.

WOW My WAVE came with DVD. I don't think that I could even find a place to play a VHS around this neighborhood. BTW, Ken, Are you anywhere near Bridgton? I amgoing up to stay at a friend's cottage on the lake there, 4th of July weekend. |

I mean, Jim I have been powerboating ![]() I keep my Wave on a little 130 acre pond in my home town (in-law's cottage). My wife says we can plan on getting a trailer next year, so I can take it out on the larger lakes, and some ocean sailing etc. |

KenM, I bought a new Wave last year and was also surprised to get a VHS with it? Luckily the dealer walked me through a set up when I bought it. You can also check out http://www.sailingtexas.com/Movies/Asse ... eWave.html although they are setting up a Club version and I have a classic it gives you a general idea. J |

Current boats come with a DVD. Your dealer can order it for you. |

Your dealer can order it for you. Matt, My dealer is Japanese and was not very enthusiastic about ordering a DVD - he doesn't speak English. I'll try contacting Hobie directly - doh! thats you right? Any chance you could send me an address to right to? rgds KenM |
