Hi, have a quick question concerning hobie wheels. i currently have the standard plug in cart that hobie sells. The stock wheels have completely lost their threading. Im was going to buy the upgrade wheels hobie sells but they are pricey.....yesterday i was over at harbor frieght and they had tires on sale for like 5 bucks each.....i believe the tire size was 4.10/3.10 4...something along those lines....they can hold 35olbs. Around 8''. Just wondering if those would work?.....If any one has the new tire upgrades would you mind shooting me some info..thanks. |

harbor freight wheels work well....heavy though. You will need to knock the wheel clips out of the old Hobie rims and reuse them for the new wheels. http://www.kayakfishingmagazine.net/rec ... 1-540.html |
