Trying to come up with some different ways to carry my fish that I catch. I'm talking about 15lb fish and up. So how does everyone carry their fish?

I guess it would depend on the type of fish and water that you are fishing. Personally I use a Polar bear cooler bag. It is large enough to hold Red drum, trout, and flounder. If I go offshore and target Kings, I take my cooler. So people use large metal fish clips but be careful with those. I have heard of sharks or gators grabing fish at the side of the boat.

These are really popular here in NZ

We are more than a bit paranoid about having bleeding fish around when it comes to sharks here in NZ- don't know if you have seen the utube clip of Jim Sammond nearly losing his hand to a shark when fishing for yellow tail king fish over here. I strap a big cooler into the well in the back of the Outback with some freezer packs inside. Fish kept chilled are far superior in their eating quality.

Yup you gotta watch out for Kiwi sharks - especially if you are a Californian kayak fishing star in a Ocean Kayak
