Went back out to the ML saturday morning (8/10/2013). The fish were there... Started out with a Topwater lure and caught five nice trout early in the morning. Looks like there is plenty of finger mullet running inside the river. When the Topwater bite slowed down I switched to soft plastic and hooked two nice Reds. Lost one of them after a good run, but this time the bigger one didn't get away. Check out the video for the rest of the story. http://youtu.be/lqz7njkhdPM |
