hello ... sorry for the bad english language
I ask you if you too have heard of a broken rod / pedal arm of a unit mirage drive?
These photos are for a revolution 13.
Purchased in February 2013 in Italy
Use with fins medium ST (NO TURBO!).

it is possible that they are so weak / soft?
  Do you have similar stories?

thanks for an answer

While that is a somewhat unusual failure location... we have seen some. Not sure the issue. Possibly a extrusion process problem. his would be covered by warranty, so contact your dealer.

the problem was quickly resolved within 48 hours from the dealer BY with great satisfaction ....
but if it was not under warranty?
this potentially serious problem if there are other situations alike

Potentially serious? I suppose in the worst possible situation it could be a bigger problem. You can pedal with one pedal and even one fin, we include a paddle with every boat. The same issue with a flat tire on a car... you have a spare, but you could get stuck in a bad spot.
